Who We Are

Many
organizations have mission, vision, and value statements that are written by a few people with the intent of laying the foundation for a company’s culture. All too often this is nothing more than a marketing exercise that results in words that have little meaning to the company employees or their clientele.

In some cases, however, an organization does the hard work of analyzing what is was that pulled them together and how they believe they can make a difference in the world.
