More from Microsoft 365

One connected system for how your organization gets work done.

Orchera extends Microsoft 365 so your people and the tools they already use work as one governed system, from the first request to the executive view, and ready for AI.

The challenge

You have the pieces. You still don't have a system.

AI does not solve disconnected work. It reflects it.

Teams, Planner, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power BI. You already own a powerful Microsoft 365 platform. But work still gets planned in one place, discussed in another, and tracked in a third, and every team does it differently.

Data in too many places

Plans, requests and status live in different tools, so nobody agrees which numbers are current.

Conversations in too many places

Decisions happen in chats, meetings and email threads that never connect back to the project.

AI with nothing reliable to read

Copilot and agents can only reason over work that is structured, governed and connected.

Microsoft built the platform.

Orchera completes the system.

What changes

What changes when every project runs the same way.

Before
With Orchera
✕Every team starts projects its own way.
→
✓One governed intake. Every approved project gets the same Teams workspace in about a minute.
✕Capacity is a guess until work starts.
→
✓Demand is planned by skill and phase before you commit.
✕Plans, meetings and chats live in different places.
→
✓Plans, meetings, chats and files live together in one Teams workspace per project.
✕Every team shows leaders a different picture.
→
✓Dashboards show health, cost, risk, schedule and resource demand across programs and departments.
✕A process change means fixing every site by hand.
→
✓Change it once and every workspace follows.
✕AI has nothing reliable to read.
→
✓Work is structured, governed and connected, so Copilot has something solid to reason over.

How it works

One governed workspace. Every project. Every time.

Orchera provisions the same Teams workspace for every project, pulls in work from the tools your teams already use, and rolls it all up to the portfolio. People work in Teams, Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app. Dataverse holds the data, Power BI shows it, and Microsoft 365 security governs it.

Why Orchera

Why we built Orchera.

In 2019, Microsoft stopped building another PPM application and started building a work platform: Teams, Power Platform, Dataverse and, eventually, AI. We had spent two decades watching organizations buy tool after tool and still lack a clear view across their work. The problem was never the tools. It was everything between them. Teams4PM was our first step toward orchestrating work where it already happens, and Orchera is what it grew into.
