And so, we see this happening:

  • PPM is moving INTO the flow of governed work.

  • PMOs are shifting FROM admin/reporting TO co-intelligent operating models.

Three major shifts are occurring from ‘Old PMO’ to ‘The Frontier PMO’.

  1. Mindset Shift FROM Control TO Clarity.

  2. Process Shift: FROM Reporting Cycles TO Signal Flows

  3. Technology Shift: FROM Tools TO Platform
