Organizations are asking PMOs to deliver AI transformation:

  • Prioritize investments

  • Coordinate execution

  • Drive adoption

  • Measure outcomes

But the results are brutal - MIT data shows 95% of generative AI pilots never scale!

Could it be that PMOs are still doing what they’ve done for decades: using too many tools, relying on manual reporting, static dashboards, lagging indicators, and monthly status meetings.
